CORNELL INFRATECH DAY
November 21, 2024 at Cornell Tech, Roosevelt Island, NYC
SHAPING INFRASTRUCTURE POLICY THROUGH TECHNOLOGY AND CLIMATE ENGINEERING
The Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy (CPIP) advances knowledge that improves the delivery, maintenance, operation, and technological sophistication of physical, social, and digital infrastructure. This year, CPIP and the Urban Tech Hub are partnering to present Cornell Infratech Day on November 21st, after the conclusion of the Urban Tech Summit on November 19-20. Infratech Day will demonstrate how technology can be used to favorably impact infrastructure design, quality, resilience, environmental footprint, and cost while minimizing adverse effects on climate.
PROGRAM
Cornell Infratech Day is a one-day event featuring facilitated discussions with globally recognized academics and infrastructure business leaders. These experts will explore how industries such as construction, transportation, and utilities, along with government partners, are leveraging innovative technologies to deliver infrastructure projects while diminishing climate and environmental impacts.
